Smaug/Daenerys ~ Sweet Dreams ~

I'm really surprised that there are not more of these two, either on youtube or as fanfiction or SOMETHING! I mean, come on - it's Smaug and the mother of dragons for crying out loud! That kind of material just writes itself! PLOT: Daenerys unknowingly uses powerful ancient blood magic to awaken dragon eggs from petrified stone (as she does in the show/book). However, this power is made known to the dragon Smaug, who senses such an awakening, both of dragon-kind once more and of the power of the Targarien bloodline. Over time, Smaug is made continuously aware of Dany's power and beauty only growing, and desires her as the perfect treasure. He turns to his Dark Lord Sauron for advise, where the dark spirit instructs him to lure Dany in and turn her to the forces of evil. Meanwhile, Dany - in need of an army to conquer her rightful throne, hears tales of a great force that might help her, and so journeys far to the east until she comes upon the lonely mountain. Once inside, she is mesmerised by the gold and gowns and jewels all laid out for her. Until Smaug makes his presence known and reveals that these are all gifts to her. Smaug attempts to seduce Dany, claiming her to be his one true mate, thought she at first refuses his advances. He persists, using her past to get to her, as well as his overwhelming personality to weaken her resolve. Dany, realising that she is trapped and at his mercy, attempts to play Smaug's game. She teases and tantalises him, which pushes his buttons with increasing frustration. Eventually, in a bid to be free, Dany sets Smaug a challenge: in exchange for her love, he needed to give her the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros - a task she thought impossible for any dragon to do alone. Only when she sees the glee on Smaug's face at the prospect of reaping death and destruction, does she realise her mistake and weeps even as Smaug is racing away to do as she bids. In just a day and a night, Smaug obliterates King's Landing, and returns to Dany and her fleet, far too pleased with himself as he knows he's won. Dany stares out over the ocean and wonders just how she's going to get out of this one... Cliffhanger???
