SANYO CFH－A307 石油ファンヒーター　E6　エラー　1997年製

SANYO CFH-A307 Kerosene Fan Heater, E6 Error, Manufactured in 1997 Symptoms: 1. Won't ignite or burn. E6 error occurs. Same problem occurs no matter how many times I try. 2. Manufactured in 1997, over 29 years old. 3. I don't know how often it's been used, but there's a lot of dust on it. Verification: 1. For safety reasons, it's recommended to discard it. 2. The E6 error seems to be a malfunction in the combustion fan. 3. I checked the circuit board to the best of my knowledge. 4. After observing, I learned a lot. 5. I accessed the two motors. Results: 1. No abnormalities found on the circuit board. 2. The rear circulation fan and blower fan were normal. 3. I disassembled it to access the combustion fan and visually inspected it. The motor's rotating shaft was stuck. (The rotor and stator?) I couldn't turn it with my fingers, and there didn't seem to be any play in the shaft. Solution: 1. I cleaned the rotor and stator of the combustion blower a little with some cleaner. 2. I tightened the Phillips head screw that attaches the shaft thrust about 10 minutes clockwise. Result: 1. The shaft rotates smoothly, even in the normal vertical position. Summary: 1. I checked for an E6 error this time as a DIY project. This was my first time with this model, so I took a long detour to get to the motor, but I guess that's just how I lack knowledge. I should have repaired many other machines and built up that experience, but I don't have that either. The combustion blower fan needs to turn before the igniter lights. Is it turning? I didn't check to see if it was turning or not; it just made a whirring noise. It couldn't turn with electrical power (maybe dirt got in the gap?). I didn't check at first; that's just my lack of knowledge. It was an unusual repair.
