Maxie 5-4-09 *Johnny saves Maxie from the attacker*

When Maxie realizes that the attacker is real and not the one she hired she knees him and tries to run off. Johnny sees Maxie running away, he jumps on the attacker and starts beating him up until Maxie yells at him to stop. Johnny comforts Maxie, when Spinelli finds them and starts yelling at Johnny, thinking he was the one who attacked Maxie. Maxie tells Spinelli what happened, he's disappointed that he couldn't save her, again. Johnny takes Maxie back to the apartment where she tells him about her plan. He asks her how she feels about him, she is honest with him. Spinelli comes over after finding out the whole thing was a set up. He and Maxie fight, then Spinelli takes off.
