a few realistic days in my life trying to stay sane around my busy 9-5 job 💻☀️ work has been a lot lately, so this week is all about making time for the things that keep me feeling good outside of work: getting enough sleep, exercising, going outdoors, reading and creating content. I’m taking you through my London office days, a leg day at the gym, getting my 10k steps, finishing my current read and enjoying some ice cream in the sunshine. We also have a work from home day with pilates, a mini food shop, homemade meals and watching the England game. Later in the week, I finally try a London burger spot that’s been on my list, give you my ranking of the best burgers I’ve tried in London and attempt to visit The Ice Cream Project. Plus lots of honest chats, a full book review and what I’m reading next 📚 I hope this video feels like a reminder that your life doesn’t have to stop just because work is busy.
