Talofa family and welcome back to the channel, And if this is your first time watching welcome to the family we upload new videos twice a week thank you so much for joining us, This video Is when chef met my family for the first time, and his story before we met, we hope you’ll enjoy watching it as much as we love telling 😂❤️🙏 so much laughter because life is better when we laughed 😂❤️🙏 please stay safe out there and thanks a lot for watching, much love to everyone ❤️🥰🥰🙏😘 BREAD RECIPE 6 cups of flour 2/3 cups of sugar 2 cups of luke warm water 1/4 cup of oil 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 tbsp active dry yeast INSTRUCTIONS. 1) add the sugar and the yeast in a bowl of lukewarm water and stir to activate for 5 minutes until foaming 2)Add the flour, salt and the baking powder in a large bowl and mix well. 3)When the yeast is ready add the oil in the same bowl and stir. 4)Combine the wet and the dry ingredients until it forms a dough the transfer on the counter and knead the dough for 10 to 15 minutes until elastic and stretchy, when it does shape it into a dough ball put it in the same bowl you used greased the dough with oil so it doesn’t create skin, then cover it with a towel or plastic wrap and left it somewhere warm to double in size for 1 and a half hour 1.5hour) After that Grease to loaf pans with oil or butter and set aside When the time is up , bring the dough on the counter, knead for3 minutes, then cut into 4 equal pieces then roll out each piece flat into a square shape, tucking the edges in and rolled to shape the 🥖 place the shaped in each bread pan and let them double in size again until thetop of the bread is an inch above the pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake bread for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown 🥰enjoy baking 😘🙏
