Fruit Mochi (Daifu) You Can Easily Make at Home🍓 In Japan, "Daifu" (大福) is a kanji character meaning "great fortune" (good fortune)! Try it yourself! 🧂Ingredients (for 6 servings) 100g glutinous rice flour 50g sugar 100mL water Appropriate amount of starch powder Various fruits 200g red beans 🍳Recipe ① Combine glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl, mix well, then add water. ② Microwave the dough from step ① for about 2 minutes and mix. Repeat this process 2-3 times until the dough becomes translucent. ③ While the dough is heating, wrap the prepared fruit with a suitable amount of red beans. ④ Place the dough from step ② on top of the starch powder, coating evenly. ⑤ Roll out the dough from step ④, place ③ inside, and wrap tightly.
