Close Up Ground Operations at Manchester Airport - Terminal 1+2 - Terminal Development

Manchester Airport has a car park above the Terminal 1 building. It gives great views of the apron, and terminals 1 and 2. We see the morning rush of aircraft coming and going between 09:00 and 11:30. More aircraft are using remote stands at the minute as Manchester Airport is redeveloping terminal 2 to accommodate more passengers as part of its growth plan, which the first part is due to be opened in April of 2019.
