How My Gaming Obsession Is Keeping Me Sane
Gaming can be a healthy escape from a crazy life. It is not the solution to tough times, and can make things worse if not intentional. However, as a tool used to compliment other forms of self care, gaming can be surprisingly effective. I've been going through it recently and have used my gaming obsessions as that exact tool. I want to go over how this has helped me get through a period filled with anxiety and depression when coupled with healthy habits. THIS is the reason I look for Obsession Worthy games. I want extra tools in my belt to handle the problems that pop up in life. For more help finding your next gaming obsession, subscribe to @HeavyWeaponGames
