Marinate the beef with salt and seasoning powder for about 30 minutes. 2. Heat a large pan until the water from the beef evaporates. 3. Add the oil and bay leaf, then fry until the bay leaf turns brown. 4. Add the chopped onions and cook until they soften. 5. Add the fine paste of garlic, ginger, and lemongrass, and cook for a few more minutes. 6. Add the red chili powder, masala powder, and turmeric powder. Stir well. 7. Add water, about three times the amount needed to cover the ingredients. 8. Simmer until the beef is tender and the sauce thickens. 9.
