welcome back!! 🤍 this vlog follows another couple of 5AM days living and working in london — early mornings, movement, work days and cosy evening routines. day one starts with tea and my morning routine before heading to a barre/pilates class. I go straight from the gym to the office for a full london work day before heading home to cook dinner and wind down for the evening. day two is a work from home day where I start with the gym and of course make myself a coffee before getting into the work day. we make a quick healthy lunch together before a fun afternoon; including a rainy london walk, trying on clothes from alo yoga, grabbing a dessert, and doing a little homeware shopping in anthropologie. back at the flat I share a small haul before settling in for a chilled evening and a book update with what’s currently on my TBR. if you enjoy london lifestyle vlogs, 5AM routines, gym and pilates, work days, cosy routines and book content, don’t forget to like and subscribe 🤍 chapters 00:00 - morning routine, intro & pilates 02:40 - work day 04:46 - work debrief & dinner 06:06 - friday morning gym session 08:12 - post gym chat & coffee 10:05 - morning work block 11:12 - lunch & chit chat, fav activewear 14:20 - alo yoga try on, cake & homeware 17:28 - Anthropologie haul 19:19 - shower, what I’m watching & dinner 21:43 - book update & outro socials & business instagram & tiktok - @hannahtemz email - [email protected] Prawn cous cous recipe 🍤 140g cooked prawns 100g frozen mixed veg 1/3 cup of giant cous cous/ roughly 80g 1tsp-1tbsp oil 1/5 diced onion 1/2 red chilli (optional) 1 garlic clove Stock cube (veg, chicken, beef) 1tbsp water All purpose seasoning or chicken seasoning Dash of salt& blackpepper 1. Cook the cous cous according to packet instructions (mine was 8 mins) add 1/4 hot chilli (don’t dice this part of the chilli) and stock cube to the boiling water along with the dried cous cous. 2. Steam vegetables 3. Heat oil, Dice onion, 1/4 chilli and garlic clove and fry for 2 mins on a medium heat 4. Season cooked prawns with all purpose seasoning, salt and pepper and add to pan. Cook for roughly 3 mins. 5. Add steamed vegetables stir for a minute. 6. Add cous cous and stir for 1-2 minutes. The pan may be a little dry so add your tbsp of water if needed.
