Homemade BASIC RX bars HEALTHY & CHEAP pumpkin spice protein bar

Welcome to my kitchen! DIY easy protein bars! These homemade protein bars are inspired by my favorite RX bar. In this video i will show you how to make a protein bar from scratch using basic healthy ingredients. The best part... they are super cheap and more affordable than buying from a store. It IS possible to eat healthy on a long road trip without stopping for fast food. Ingredients 1/2 cup cashews 1/2 cup almonds 1 cup pitted dates 3/4 cup egg whites 2 tsp honey 1/4 tsp sea salt 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice cook at 350 degrees for 18-24 minutes. hope you enjoyed my cooking show! see you next time!
