La mejor masa de pizza con Thermomix ®

Do you know anyone who doesn't love pizza? A simple dough made with flour, water, and yeast, topped with a variety of ingredients and prepared very quickly—you couldn't ask for more! And even better if you prepare the dough with a Thermomix®. This is my favorite dough recipe. With these ingredients, you'll make two very complete individual pizzas. Ingredients: 160 g water 10 g fresh pressed yeast 250 g strong flour 1/2 teaspoon salt Preparation: Put the water and yeast in the mixing bowl and heat for 2 minutes at 37°C/speed 2. Add the flour and salt and knead for 2 minutes at speed 2. Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a large bowl, cover it with a cloth, and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to maximum temperature (275°C). Divide the dough into two parts and form two balls. Roll out the dough very thinly and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cover the dough with your chosen toppings and bake for 6 minutes, or until the bottom is crispy.
