Lo primero que hago antes de que apriete el calor | Un hogar que funciona

Today I'm taking advantage of the early morning hours to get the house in order before the heat arrives. I'm starting by preparing a fresh breakfast, giving the garden a quick once-over, organizing and cleaning the dining room section by section, and finishing up in the kitchen preparing a homemade meal. It's these little tasks that, without making big changes, help the house feel tidy again and ready to be enjoyed for another day. If you enjoy content about real home life, cleaning, organization, home cooking, and the daily life of a homemaker, I hope this video will accompany and inspire you. ✨ Thank you for being here and being part of this community. Salmon with Honey and Lemon Ingredients 6 salmon fillets (skin on) 8 tablespoons honey 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar Juice of 2 lemons Chopped fresh parsley 1 lemon, sliced A drizzle of olive oil Cooked rice to serve Preparation 1. Heat a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil. It's important that it's very hot before adding the salmon. 2. Place the fillets skin-side down. For this recipe, it's recommended to use thick fillets, as they will be juicier. 3. Cook the salmon for 3 or 4 minutes skin-side down. Then, turn it over and cook for another 3 or 4 minutes, depending on the thickness. 4. Meanwhile, mix the honey, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice in a bowl. 5. Add the mixture to the pan and let it reduce slightly. Add the chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices. 6. Cook for a couple more minutes, basting the salmon with the sauce so it absorbs all the flavors. 7. Serve the salmon with rice and drizzle the sauce over the top. #CreatingHome #RealHome #Housewife #HomeCleaning #HomeOrganization #HomeCooking #EverydayLife #HomeMaking
