Forging DIVINE AXE RHITTA Out of Rusted Iron HOOK - The Seven Deadly Sins
THANKS for giving 18:54 minutes of your worthy. I hope you are all doing fine. This time I made a Divine Axe Rhitta of Escanor from "The seven Deadly Sins". This is the most time taking project I have ever made (I think so). I started this project back in 4th July 2021 and today is 26th of September, Almost 3 months to complete it. I have putted a lot of effort and hardwork while making it. And I tried my best to make best Divine Axe ever on internet. If you want to see this Axe in Action. You must have to visit my another channel "MAJESTIC HANDS" and also Subscribe that channel for my full project movies. I will upload whole process of my projects there so go ahead and check it out guys. :) I think this is the only version of such a realistic Divine Axe on internet. So, I believe you will like the process of making this Divine Axe Rhitta. It is pretty heavy to pull it seriously But I think this is just a fantasy design and can't use in real life. Overall Weight : 4Kg Overall Axe Length : 26 Inches Axe Head Length : 12 Inches Axe Head Width : 13 Inches Handle Length : 5.5 Inches All the Processes are below of making this beautiful Divine Axe Rhitta: Forging: This took me about six days to hand forge such a Big Iron Hook into a Divine Axe shape piece. I don't have a power hammer so i did all the forging with hands and I get serious Blisters on my hands after doing such a heavy forging. Grinding: I started some rough grindings of Axe on my 4x36" Belt sander and made the final shape with the help of my 2x82" Belt grinder. o. I made the Design on upper part of Axe for the Brass with the help of Rotary Grinder. o. 4 holes were drilled in the design(Steel) for grip of Brass. Lost-Wax Casting The Hard wax was used to make the mold. And I poured some melted wax in the design which i made in the Axe head. The wax mold was filled with Casting plaster and after drying the Plaster. The wax was burned away in the furnace and I poured the Melted Brass in the mold to get the final product. Brass Star: I did not get my desire "star part" of the axe because of very bad casting marks in it. So, I decided to make a new part on Lathe machine and one thing was really interested/Impressive, I have used bearings in the centre of the part so our stars will keep rotating as fidget spinner. :D This was my own idea on this Axe. Handle: The Handle contains three parts. o. Spikes: I used a Square bar of Brass to make some beautiful spikes. I grind the Bar on my Belt grinder by hands to make these spikes. o. Rod: Brass rod was used to make the Handle. This was easy to make on my little Lathe machine. o. Grip: I used Black Fabric Strips to make the Grip of the Axe.
