three 0'clock in the Morning - Gibson L50 1937 CC
Hey YouTubers, Mika, my great guitar tech, has just serviced my old Gibson L50 from 1937. This instrument was equiped with a Charlie Christian pick up by Dutch luthier Daniel Slaman. Here I am playing an old standard song not so oftenly played. There is a great version around, in 4/4, by my hero Dexter Gordon but here I am using the original 3/4 signature. Gear used: Fender Deluxe Reveb Reissue '65. Mic'ing was done with a Shure SM57 in front of the speaker. Hope you'll appreciate the sound of it Cheers..
