My carillonneur exam final round performance, live at carillon Congress 2026 at Yale University

The live, unedited performance of my carillonneur exam at Yale University for the final round at 2026 carillon congress. This exam was particularly high stakes for me, because I was considering dropping carillon altogether due to a tanking economy (in California where i live, movement of the economy is leveraged, so California's economy went down at twice the rate as the other states). However, I ended up passing the prescreen, so I decided to go all the way, also with the intention of dropping carillon if I did not pass this final round. Here is my final round performance in Harkness Tower at Yale University that determined the fate of my carillon career. My visible anxiety probbaly illustrates just how high stakes this was for me since it meant the difference between keeping and dropping my carillon journey. Spoilers: I did end up passing the final round and getting certified as a fully certified carillonneur, so my carillon journey continues even if on a part time basis due to lack of immediate profitability.
