Restaurante "O Velhão" Mairiporã/SP! Uma vila gastronômica na Serra da Cantareira @avidaeumaviagem1

We went to Velhão! A gastronomic village that also functions as a metal workshop, carpentry shop, and sells beautifully restored demolition items!!! 📍It's located in Mairiporã, very close to São Paulo (one hour's drive). Inside, there's also the restaurant "As Véia" which has 3 different environments and wood-fired stove cooking with that homemade taste we love!! Don't forget to go to the wine cellar to taste the cachaças (IT'S FREE!) Mmmmmm.... We went on a Saturday and paid R$ 62 for lunch, including typical Brazilian food, pasta and salads, plus dessert! Drinks are extra! Inside the restaurant, they sell traditional and filled homemade breads. They are delicious! In the complex there are also clothing stores, home decor shops, emporiums, a brewery, a bar with several pool tables, foosball and other games! There's also a used bookstore, a shop with furniture and decorative items straight from Bali! 😲 🍻 We loved the "Das Nova" Brewery, totally decorated with rock and Halloween themes! ☕ And we also really loved the Serras Café, with a very pleasant atmosphere, delicious coffee, a viewpoint where you can see the complex, and top-notch service! 🍕 They even have a pizzeria! We didn't go there this time, but we will next time and share it with you! Don't miss the place, but set aside a day, as there's a lot of cool stuff to see! If you want to explore what the city has to offer besides the Velhão (Old Man), there's an agency there that sells various types of tours. ⏱️ Lunch starts at 12:00 pm.
