RECORDING STUDIO TOUR of Real World Studios

Watch an on-session 'behind the scenes' quick tour of Real World Studios with engineer / producer George Shilling with George taking us around most of the spaces and studio accommodation. This was filmed by George on his portable device but we think it looks great - camera work also by Vanessa Hurst so a bit thank you to them both for taking time out of their session to capture this tour! We think Real World is one of the very best studios and it's completely unique in style and character. Without any doubt, the main studio, 'The Big Room', is not big - It's GIGANTIC. The Big Room features a huge K Series SSL console and the range of outboard is second to none. Although the control room could accommodate a Boeing 747, it sounds great and is a superb space to work, be it recording or mixing!
