1986 Otis Europa 2000 elevator @Lyon, France

This magnificent Otis Europa 2000 elevator is located in a residential building in an upscale area of ​​the city of Lyon in France. This lift, built in 1986, serves the apartments, the ground floor and the car parks. What is very surprising is the fact that floor 1 is not served. Not serving floor 1 was very common in buildings dating from before the 1960s but very odd that this was the case in a building of that era. This elevator has a beautiful cabin decoration made of carpet typical of this period and still in very good condition! This lift has a floor display which unfortunately does not light up much due to 35 years of wear, unlike the 2 direction arrows which still work perfectly!
