Lockheed L-1011 Tristar startup at Long Beach Airport 10/20/2024

If you love the sound of the Rolls Royce engines on a Lockheed L-1011 then this video is for you. This video is of the startup and initial taxi of "Stargazer" which is the only flyable L-1011 remaining in the world. The Long Beach Airport scored big by having this beautiful aircraft on static display at their 2024 Festival of Flight and as you can imagine it was a very popular aircraft that MANY people had the chance to board and sit in the cockpit. This was handheld with my cell phone with both hands on top of a ladder and not my preferred method of using my cell phone on a tripod which is much steadier. Be sure you watch in 4K!
