If a Pokemon faints it is considered dead and may not be used again in battle. 3.You must nickname your Pokemon to form a stronger bond with them. Clauses Dupes Clause: If I encounter a Pokemon of which I've already caught or is the same species, I can re-encounter until I find something new. Static Pokemon: Static Pokemon are gifts or Pokemon found in the over world and can be obtained. Shiny clause: In the rare event I come across a shiny Pokemon no matter if I caught a Pokemon in that route and or area it is a legal encounter.
