'Modern Family' star Ariel Winter is speaking out about her breast reduction surgery and says she was hurt by online bullies because of her large bosoms. The 18-year-old actress told People magazine that her large breasts were "really ostracizing and excruciatingly painful." Winter went from a 32F to a 34D after undergoing surgery in June. She says she is "extremely happy with the decision." #InsideEdition
