Heir To The LECHON THRONE: Lechon de Carcar! Is It Really The Best In Philippines??

Carcar Lechon!!! You are too good to be true! One of the coolest videos I have made all thanks to my brother @iamfromcebu We went around the Carcar City public market all day long! We started out with a meal in a Carinderia to sample multiple dishes for cheap! Afterwards we walked around the market buying some goodies before heading to his Aunties house to see Chicharron being made fresh! Nothing compares to Chicharron freshly being made! Had to say the spicy was by far my favorite! As we headed back to the market we couldn’t resist some mangos dipped in bagoong. This is a true Filipino snack to me and something for you if you love pungent flavors! As we headed back for Lechon I made a quick stop to grab a couple shots of some coconut liquor...let’s just say, hold onto your hats. Finally, it was time for the Lechon de Carcar...I will say this...it is what roasted whole pig dreams are made of. Some of the absolute best roasted pig I have ever had in my life! Finally, as always, I was able to find a few sweets to finish off this unbelievable day!
