Hello, this is Sangmuk, the engineering student. A few days ago, I competed in a local bodybuilding competition for the first time in two years. It served as an opportunity for me to once again recognize my standing and gain motivation. Although my absolute muscle mass and ranking are abysmal, I have come to believe that there is gradual change. I am still shy about standing on stage, but I will summon the courage to take on the challenge and strive to show you my continued progress.
