Ingredients I used ... 1 kg boneless meat Mixed vegetables like 4 tomatoes ,2 capsicums ,2 onions ,few Green chillies big and small Mustard oil 4 spoons garlic ginger paste 2 table spoons Spices ..Green cardamoms 4 ,black cardamom 1 ,black pepper powder half table spoon, turmeric powder half table spoon,red chilli powder 2 spoons ,meat masala powder 1 table spoon, coriander powder 2 table spoon, fennel powder 2 table spoons ,salt as per taste ,Fenugreek dry leaves or powder 1 table spoon Coriander leaves for garnishing preparation.. Wash meat well and cut veggies in small pieces ,put meat in a cooker and boil ,remove it's scum and steam it till it gives our 5 to 6 whistles,take mustard oil in a pan heat it and put meat in it fry till red golden brown ,add veggies and fry with meat for 5 minutes on medium to low flame ,add all spices and saute well ,pour little soup in it and add garlic ginger paste too ,put dry Fenugreek leaves after crushing it and cover with a lid ,cook for 10 minutes on low flame and it's ready .Serve hot with naan roti or chapati hope you like this beautiful Tasty Maaz Kanti
