Guiso de pulpo a la Mugardesa. COCINA GALLEGA

One of the typical dishes of Galician seafood cuisine is pulpo a la mugardesa, a stew originating from the town of Mugardos, located on the Ferrol Estuary. It's a simple recipe, and as with the best dishes in our gastronomy, we want to highlight the ingredients and give them the starring role they deserve. ➡️➡️If you liked this recipe, subscribe to this channel here:    / frabisaisabellacocinadefrabisa   ✅Visit MY AMAZON SHOP: 👉🏻https://www.amazon.es/shop/lacocinade... ✅Visit my website: 👉🏻https://lacocinadefrabisa.lavozdegali... ✅Follow me on FACEBOOK: 👉🏻   / lacocinadefrabisa   ✅Follow me on INSTAGRAM: 👉🏻  / lacocinadefrabisa   - ➡️➡️INGREDIENTS 1.5 kg approx. of Octopus (fresh weight) (or store-bought cooked octopus legs) 1 spring onion 2 or 3 cloves of garlic 1 piece each of green and red bell pepper 6 potatoes 1 bay leaf A splash of white wine 1 1/2 teaspoons of sweet paprika (or a mix of half sweet and half hot) Extra virgin olive oil Fresh parsley for garnish 🙏If you have any questions about the recipe, please don't hesitate to ask ([email protected]).
