The practice of Vajrasattva (with guidance)

Having a sense of need to purifying the mind is key. 2, Visualise the seed syllable 'hung' on top of your head. Bright lights radiates from the 'hung' to all the Buddhas of our world, symbolising offering. Again the bright light radiates to all sentient beings, symbolising purification. This also done with the understanding the need of purifying the mind. 3,The 'hung' transforms to Vajrasattva, visualise Vajrasattva as shown in the video or you can use any image of the deity. After you have painted a good stable picture in your mind of Vajrasattva, shift your focus to the heart of Vajrasattva. This too done with the understanding the need to purifying the mind. 4,Where the heart lies, the syllable 'hung' on top of a lotus and surrounding the letter is the Hundred Syllabe. Note, you do not have to worry about how the Mantras looks, instead of the structure of the letters think of the sounds coming from your mouth surrounding Vajrasattva's heart. It turns clockwise slowly at first and fastens its pace as you recite. after the mantras turns the nectar of Vajrasattva drips from the turning of the mantra and fills the Body of Vajrasattva. When the nectar fills Vajrasattva's body it pours down his left toe(thumb)and enters our body through our top middle part of our heads. as the nectar fills our body or our minds I should say. This symbolises the purification to the mind, the mind that has accumulated all the qualities from ego-clinging. This too done with the understanding the need to purifying the mind. 5,And lastly when you are satisfied with the practice and want to resume to your daily life, the visualisation of Vajrasattva will dissolve onto you in the form of light and be as one. just as water poured into water.
