Liverpool’s Forgotten Stronghold: Vauxhall, Pubs & Eldon Grove

A walk through Vauxhall, Liverpool, from the beauty of the Leeds and Liverpool Canal to the old pubs of the area, and finally into the forgotten ruins of Eldon Grove. Opened in 1912 as labourers’ dwellings, Eldon Grove was once proud working-class housing. Now it stands abandoned, vandalised and full of decay. A proper Liverpool time capsule, left to rot in plain sight.
