夫婦喧嘩した次の日の弁当【ブロッコリー弁当】

Hi, this is Tsutsui. My wife had some leftover broccoli from her lunch box, so I had it for dinner. ♪ Chan-chan ♪ Here's the recipe ↓ Eggplant Stir-fried with Miso [Ingredients] Eggplant... 5 Miso... 2 Tablespoons Sugar... 2 Tablespoons Mirin... 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce... 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil... 2 Tablespoons [Directions] 1. Remove the stems from the eggplants and cut them into irregular pieces. Place them in a bowl of water and let them sit for about 10 minutes. 2. Combine the miso, sugar, mirin, and soy sauce in a bowl and mix. 3. Add sesame oil to a frying pan heated over medium heat and add the drained eggplant. 4. Once the eggplants are soft, add the seasonings and stir-fry over medium heat. Once the water has evaporated, serve on a plate. Garlic Stir-fried Maitake Mushrooms and Wieners [Ingredients] Maitake mushrooms: 200g Wieners: 6 (7 is fine too ♡) Garlic: 2 cloves Mentsuyu: 1.5 tablespoons Salt and pepper: a pinch Salad oil: 1 tablespoon Butter: 10g [Preparation] 1. Break apart the maitake mushrooms and cut the wieners diagonally in half. Finely chop the garlic. 2. Sauté the salad oil and garlic over low heat until fragrant, then add the butter. Once the butter has melted, add the wieners. 3. Once the wieners have browned, add the maitake mushrooms and stir-fry until soft. 4. Add the mentsuyu, salt, and pepper and stir-fry until the water has evaporated. Sweet and Sour Stir-fried Burdock Root [Ingredients] 1 burdock root (150-200g) Potato starch: 1 tablespoon Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon Sugar: 1 tablespoon Vinegar: 1 tablespoon Mirin: 1 tablespoon Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons Toasted sesame seeds: to taste [Preparation] 1. Rinse the burdock root if it has any dirt on it. Cut it into 5cm pieces and cut it into quarters lengthwise (cut it into half if the burdock is thin). 2. Coat the burdock with potato starch and mix the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and mirin in a bowl. 3. Add sesame oil to a frying pan heated over medium heat and fry the burdock root. 4. Once browned, add the seasonings and stir-fry until the water has evaporated (wipe off the excess oil with a baking sheet if desired). 5. Add toasted sesame seeds, if desired. Oyster Stir-fried Chicken Breast and Bell Peppers [Ingredients] 1 chicken breast (approx. 300g) 4 bell peppers 2 teaspoons oyster sauce 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sake 1 teaspoon grated ginger 1 teaspoon grated garlic Salt and pepper (a pinch) 1 tablespoon sesame oil [Preparation] 1. Thinly slice the chicken breast and bell pepper. 2. Mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sake, grated ginger, and grated garlic in a bowl. 3. Add sesame oil to a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken breast. 4. Once the chicken is cooked through, add the bell peppers and stir-fry until soft. 5. Add salt and pepper, mix lightly, then add the seasonings and stir-fry until the liquid has evaporated. Boiled Broccoli [Ingredients] Broccoli [Directions] 1. Cut the broccoli. 2. Boil the broccoli. 3.
