He had peace with God, family stability, wealth, health, and honor. In human eyes, his life was complete. But what Job didn't know was that a great trial was about to begin. 2) THE DEVIL TOUCHED EVERYTHING… EXCEPT JOB'S FAITH All at once, news of losses, tragedies, and destruction arrived. Job lost his possessions, his children, his servants, his health, and even the support of those around him. The man who was known as the greatest in the East was now wounded, abandoned, and with nothing. But even so, he did not blaspheme against God. 3) WHEN EVERYTHING COLLAPSES, YOUR FAITH IS REVEALED It's easy to worship when everything is going well. It's difficult to remain faithful when life turns upside down. Job tore his clothes, humbled himself before God, and declared: “The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.” This is the faith that remains standing even when everything seems lost. 4) THE TEST IS NOT GREATER THAN WHAT YOU CAN ENDURE God already knew that Job would go through the trial. The devil didn't know. Job didn't know either. But God knew. And this word reminds us that no struggle takes God by surprise. If He allowed the process, it is because He also prepared the escape, the strength, and the victory.
