WMF CNC Plasma Rotary Tube Cutter w/ Sheetcam Rotary Plugin

A demonstration of my shop built CNC Plasma/Scribe table with the Rotary Tube Cutter Atachment. The entire CNC table and Rotary axis was designed, engineered and built by Brian Wolfe at Wolfes Metal Fabrication. All working parts of the table are in the gantry, so table size can be easily extended by welding up a larger table and installing longer rails. The Rotary Cutting chuck was designed to be installed on the backside of the table completely out of the way when not in use and only the installation of the tube to be cut and a sliding support slipped on the support rail with a thumbscrew to secure it is all that is required to cut tube. No extra bolt ons, moving the torch etc. is required. It is driven via a Nema 23 Stepper motor and a G203V Geckodrive on a 50Volt powersupply. I promised Les from Sheetcam that I would make a video demonstrating it and showing some drawing and setup after he finished helping me fine tune the post processor to work as I wanted for my table with the scribe.
