Janky 60fps GS codes so there are sometimes moments of slowdown. If you hear the music skipping, it is slowdown. There are also a few moments where OBS loses sync and it doesn't look as smooth. I think the CPUs rubberband harder on 30fps. I will do a legit playthrough on the vanilla rom someday to see if its harder or not. I was just messing around with 60fps on this playthrough and got lucky with all 1st place. The driving is all over the place lol. CPUs use human items= on Modern red shell path= on 60fps GS code makes all track hazards x2 speed. This makes some obstacles easier (dinosaur on ancient lake) but most are harder (chain chomp, fast cars that come up behind you on sonic, apples, striders, rolling rocks, etc) This can work to my advantage though since the CPUs will sometimes get stuck in a crash loop at some hazards (rolling rocks, chain chomp, apples) GP time total was 38'41"34 If you want to see the frogs, skip to the very end.
