I decided to head out to the local river late in the afternoon: I wanted to try my luck with roach and just assess the water conditions. I brought along some new sport rigs for my float rods—I was curious to try them out. I bought some maggots, drove to a nearby village, found a good spot... and the fishing started right away! The fish responded from the very first casts—every beep from the float made my heart beat faster. 🤩 The new float was a pleasant surprise: its sensitivity is a truly important detail!
