The French national team arrived in Clairefontaine on Monday for the start of training camp ahead of the World Cup qualifiers against Ukraine and Iceland. Ousmane Dembélé, who suffered a hamstring injury during the PSG match against Toulouse, was among the players. He will follow a modified program but remains in the French squad. Ibrahima Konaté, who also suffered a minor injury in his last match for Liverpool, has also joined the squad. France will travel to the Tarczynski Arena in Wroclaw, Poland, for their opening match against Ukraine on Friday, before welcoming Iceland to the Parc des Princes on Tuesday, September 9. Azerbaijan completes the four-nation group.
