[email protected] The Dixie Fire erupted during the day exhibiting extreme fire behavior as it created it's own weather with a huge pyrocumulus cloud up to 45k feet tall. The fire generated it's own lightning strikes and many new evacuations are underway including the Lake Almanor area. 810 homes were threatened before adding the new evacuations from more populated areas. Shots include- Close range extreme fire behavior and huge flames, massive pyrocumulus cloud, fire fighters trimming underbrush near structures, SOT with fire fighter, day and night shots, high wind with blowing smoke, wide and tight angles.
