She was built in 1921 and spent most of her life on the continent before being brought over to this country by the current owners who motored her across the channel. She has 3 bedrooms, two of which are in the main cabin and a further cabin is located at the bow of the boat and is self-contained. She has a detachable wheelhouse if you did want to navigate the canals but would be better suited as a live-aboard in Uxbridge close to London or lift and move to another location. She is available with her current mooring which also comes with a garden and shed. The engine could be running very easily although the current owner has removed the air starter as has created a companionway to the master cabin from the main saloon area, previously you had to enter the wheelhouse and then come back down again. She has a full-size bath in the master cabin as well. She had a hull survey in 2015 and subsequently, a new rudder was fitted and some additional plating work done to the hull.
