The first day of our campervan trip through Italy begins in one of Europe's most unique cities – Rome 🇮🇹 Our base camp is the hu Roma Camping in Town, from where we set off to explore the city's most important attractions. Our first stop is the Vatican, where we admire the monumental St. Peter's Basilica from the outside. Unfortunately, the huge lines to get in mean we skip the interior this time and set off to explore Rome further. After our walk, it's time for some authentic Italian cuisine 🍝 We visit Ristorante Pizzeria Marcantonio, where we sample delicious pasta – definitely one of the best culinary experiences of the day. To conclude the day, we visit another symbol of the city – Castel Sant'Angelo, which enchants with its history and views of Rome.
