IS THIS THE PHILIPPINES BEST RIVER ADVENTURE? It might be, as I return to the wooden boats (this time a "bote") on the mighty Oras River in Eastern Samar. We chartered a boat headed to Barangay Agsam, the nearest inland barangay to Oras proper and situated on a small creek just off the main river.
