Call to Order / Determination of a Quorum Approval of Minutes (0:20) - Planning Commission - August 25.2025 - Approved Public Comments (0:40) Paul Dillon - Comments Regarding Conflicts of Interest surrounding the Annexation of Depot St. / Old Hwy99 ( 3:10) Donald Lowe - Smith Group Advertising 210 homes available for the Groves when only 71 have been approved - Smith Douglas Homes (4:07) Ben Hudson - Heathcoat Davis Report regarding the sinkhole on the side of Depot St that is being considered for annexation Old Business (5:40) 1. Acceptance and discussion of the Hethcoat Davis report dated September Motion Passed (11:10) 2. 2025 as requested at August 25, 2025 Planning Commission Meeting with regard to Depot Street Motion made by Sedlack and Seconded by Deckert Passed: 1-0 Ben Piper - Absent Jeff Knox - Recused himself from voting immediately at the meeting the prior month, but participated in that discussion on 8/25/25. (Owns Property that abuts the road that is being voted on to be annexed) Isaac Zimmerle - Recused himself from voting immediately once he was informed of the conflict of interest, but participated in discussion. (Owns Property that abuts the road that is being voted on to be annexed) Sean Deckert - Recused himself from voting, but only after seconding the motion in order to allow for the vote.
