He is responsible for the business in these two countries and leads a team of almost 30 people. He began his career in the perfume industry and worked, among other things, as a Business Development Manager at Marionnaud Switzerland. He then spent three years as a Business Consultant at a technology consulting firm. In 2010, Santosh Ritter joined the payment services industry at Aduno. At Aduno, he held various positions and, from 2012, headed the Operations Center for the acquiring and terminal business in Ticino. Most recently, as a member of the management board, he led the operational risk management of Viseca's (formerly Aduno Group) card business for four years. He also taught cybersecurity, compliance, and RegTech at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration.
