How To Blanch And Preserve (Freeze) Fresh Vegetables (Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Green Beans) -EASY!

In this video I cover how to blanch and freese broccoli, brussel sprouts, and green beans. SPOILER: you don’t have to blanch all veggies!
