This is a tool that I was introduced to last year - thanks to Dr. Crossfit. It is a great adjunct to classic endodontic irrigation that I use regularly. The micro cannula has a tip diameter of a #32 file and the the macro cannula approximates a #50 file. The macro cannula is plastic and can the diameter can be changed by cutting the tip.
