Sovereign Citizen Returned to Court… But Still Refused the DMV!

A sovereign citizen returned to court after the judge previously told him what he needed to do next. Instead of going to the DMV and fixing the issue, he came back still arguing around the same problem. In this hearing, the court deals with whether he followed the judge’s instructions, why he still was not properly licensed, and how his “traveling versus driving” argument fits into the case. The judge makes it clear that the courtroom is not the place for sovereign citizen theories when the law requires a valid license. This follow-up hearing shows what happens when someone gets a chance to fix a simple issue… and still returns to court without doing it.
