Cheong Fatt Tze (The Blue Mansion) - the best boutique hotel in Penang (hotel review)

We stayed a night at one of Penang’s most lauded architectural gems Cheong Fatt Tze - The Blue Mansion, during our recent trip to Penang. We will show you all the detail about the Blue Mansion and what to expect when you stay here. There are several areas in the Blue Mansion: The Mall Hall now serves as the reception. The courtyard is where you can have your breakfast and high tea. Our room. The upstairs hall. The Indigo restaurant on the second floor serves fine Asian-infused European classics. The museums display a collection of clothes and other items found in the house in 1990. Two side wings are converted as the hotel guest rooms. An oriental garden was built in 2016.
