Boondocking, or dry camping, is essentially camping in your car, RV or campervan without any hookups (water, electricity etc.) We decide to try it out for the first time and it was an absolute success! Boondocking in Sedona was easier than we expected. We found 2 great boondocking spots in the public lands surrounding Sedona, met some interesting neighbors and tried White Claw Hard Seltzer for the first time. We even got to see some of the local wildlife, waking to the sight of a coyote outside our campervan in the morning. We are truly falling in love with our American van life adventure!
