Boil for one minute; when done, place in cold water, add a pinch of baking soda to maintain the green color, and drain. Next, in a pan, add butter and garlic, sauté, and let it rest. Sauté the chicken breasts until golden brown. Cut the vegetables into julienne strips. Then, in a pan, add oil and heat it. Add the vegetables, a pinch of salt, and sauté. Next, add the chicken, broccoli, and carrots. Stir, add white wine, and a tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in water. Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined. This dish is now ready.
