I won't fry mackerel anymore! I make this recipe almost every weekend!

Hello everyone and welcome to my channel! 😋 Today we are making very tasty and healthy baked mackerel. This simple dish will definitely win your heart! ●● Subtitles are available in all languages. 💡 You can turn on subtitles by clicking the *[CC]* icon in the upper right corner of the video, then clicking the three dots and choosing **Translate**. ●● Ingredients: *Fish:* 2 mackerel 30 ml oil 1 teaspoon salt black pepper 1 teaspoon paprika lemon juice 2 cloves of garlic Brush the fish with the prepared sauce. *Vegetables:* 2 onions oil 1 carrot salt and pepper 1 teaspoon tomato paste 1 teaspoon sugar 150 ml water Place the fish on a baking tray. Spread the carrot and onion mixture on top. Add parsley and sesame seeds. Bake for **30–35 minutes at 180°C / 356°F**. *Salad:* 1 zucchini 2 cucumbers dill 2 cloves of garlic 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar black pepper olive oil 1 teaspoon vinegar lemon juice Mix everything well. Serve with bread.
