Every year for Christmas we make these thick and large hand made candy canes at Lofty Pursuits. This time we've made some white ones that hearken back to the original candy cane of the Victorian period that was also white. We've added a twist. These peppermint candy canes also have no food coloring (for anyone who is allergic to that) and is made with no corn syrup (We use a Tapioca Syrup instead). A classic tradition that now more people can enjoy this Holiday Cheer.
