Ground coriander. Coat the pieces thoroughly in spices. 60 ml oil for frying. 150 g plain flour. Coat each piece in flour. Fry over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. Place on a plate. 1 onion. Sauté the onion over medium heat until translucent. 3 cloves garlic. Fry for 1 minute over medium heat. 1 carrot. Continue frying over medium heat. 4 celery stalks.
