For $25 I picked up a wristwatch with a lot of potential made by Elgin - which was once an American juggernaut in the timepiece industry. I disassemble, clean and service the FHF 96/ST 96 movement inside to see if I can breath some new life in this classic watch with a handsome vintage vibe.
